Georg Nussbaumer
 

Austraian composer and installation artist Georg Nussbaumer is Happy Days’ main festival composer. Selected videos, performances and installations will be shown at UKS in downtown Oslo. Nussbaumer got the whole exhibition space at UKS to his disposal. The audience can also experience the works of this interesting artist at MS Innvik (A ship  in the harbour of Oslo) where Nussbaumer will direct a performance for video and a piece for solo Cello. The video will have a connection to Oslo and its fjords.

Den østerrikske komponisten og installasjonskunstneren Georg Nussbaumer vil utforme et helaftens program for Happy Days. Første del av programmet vil finne sted på UKS, hvor Nussbaumer vil åpne en utstilling av flere installasjoner. Nussbaumer tar i bruk hele lokalet med interaktive installasjoner og performancer, alle med musikk og konsertsituasjonen som utgangspunkt. Publikum vil siden ledes mot MS Innvik hvor Nussbaumer regisserer en forestilling med video og et verk for solo cello. Videoen har tilknytning til Oslo og Oslofjorden.
